In La Guancha municipality the sepulchral cave of Hoya Brunco can be found, in which mummies, skins and sepulchral ornaments have been discovered. It also has other archaelogical sites such as Los Celajes, Fuente Fría, El Roque, that have uncovered remains of aborigen tools.
